Shirakawa-go, which is brewed in connection with the Doburoku Festival, is one of the few junmai nigorizakes in Japan that uses twice as much brewed rice as first-class sake.
The moromi (moromi) is used as-is, so it has a very thick turbidity. The ultimate gem that allows you to enjoy the richness of the contents and the natural deliciousness of rice in a stable state all year round. Chill it to around 10 degrees Celsius and drink it as it is, or rock it with ice in the middle of summer.
